PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To objectively employ and evaluate a trader and to contribute to the improvement and maintenance of operation performance. SOLUTION: This system has a step for inviting traders through a homepage, a step for examining applicants, a step for classifying the traders into a regular group and a standby group according to examination results, a step for allowing the traders in the regular group to use securities for a specific operation period by using asset holdings of a set working amount, a step for allowing the traders in the standby group to use securities in a virtual space under the same conditions with the traders in the regular group, a step for determining the order by evaluating the results of asset operation by the regular group and standby group, a step for change traders of low order to traders in the standby group as a step for organizing the regular group with traders of high orders, and a step for repeating the above steps. |
