PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for staff arrangement, which optimizing the number of members of the staff arranged at stores according to predicted weather, and a computer-readable recording medium. SOLUTION: This is a staff arrangement system which generates the work schedule of members of the staff according to circumstances of the members so as to determine the members to be arranged at a store 5 and is equipped with a web server 9 which changes the generated work schedule according to weather forecast data supplied from a weather information service provider 11 through the Internet 7.
