PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window opening/closing apparatus which can automatically open and close a window main body 2 arranged in a window frame 1 in a horizontally movable manner, wherein installation of the apparatus on a window is facilitated. SOLUTION: The window opening/closing apparatus is comprised of a string member 10 and a winding instrument 20 for winding the string member 10. According to the apparatus, an end of the string member 10 is engaged with one side portion of the window frame 1, and the winding instrument 20 is installed on the window main body 2, whereby the window main body 2 is moved toward the one side portion of the window frame 1. On the other hand, when the window main body is moved in the opposite direction, the end of the string member 10 is engaged with the other side of the window frame 1. |
