PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dummy frozen road surface capable of properly reproducing a mirror burn phenomenon occurring when the road surface freezes. SOLUTION: In a porcelainous tiled road surface having a surface area of 2,000 mm2 or less, the dummy frozen road surface satisfies joint width of 4-7 mm and a joint section having the area of 1/3.0-1/1.5 of the area of a porcelainous tile section as well as depth sufficient for holding moisture and a slide resistance valueμof 0.05-0.10.
