PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide floor panel for a bathroom surely dried up on the following day. SOLUTION: Water dropped onto the floor panel 1 surface is spread without forming any water drop shown by the imaginary line because its surface tension is broken by a rugged shape part 8. A flow velocity of water is lowered by the rugged shape part 8, and water flowing through a flow passage 7 is prevented from being interrupted, so that an island-shaped isolated residual water is not left though a water discharging velocity is lowered. Even if water remains in the rugged shape part 8 after water flows through the flow passage 7, a water quantity in this case is very small and the water is vaporized in a short time.
