PURPOSE: A method for mediating an on-line date is provided to supply an opportunity capable of recognizing the other person as a partner for a wedding by using a chatting service of a dialogue such as man to man meeting at off-line and suggesting various problems capable of recognizing a character and one's sense of values to two on-line date concerned persons in mediating a data at on-line. CONSTITUTION: Profiles with respect to members who have no partner for an on-line date and entered in an on-line date room is notified, and the members select an on-line date partner, respectively, by watching the profiles(204). A date course having a background based on an actual screen of an off-line is supplied to the first member and the second member who checked an on-line date partner on the on-line date room, and the first member and the second member perform a chatting in the date course and solve a problem being supplied from a service operator and performs an on-line date(206). Favorable impressions to the partners of the first member and the second member are inputted and the results are supplied to the first member and the second member through the on-line date(226,228).
