PURPOSE: An intelligent escrow system is provided to receive member and transaction information caused by transactions in affiliated internet sites, to designate a new password at an e-mail of a member, and to compare the transmitted user's e-mail and password with those of the conventional users so that it can omit a process of a member subscription and transaction data input and enhance a security in authentication. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises steps of an internet site, affiliated to an escrow service site, transmitting transaction data with member data to the escrow service site, the escrow service site storing the transaction data and the member data at a temporary database, and the escrow service site performing two types of member authentication process by using the e-mail and the password. In the case that the transmitted e-mail does not exist at the escrow service site, the site sends the e-mail address with a new password attached. The user can log-in the escrow service site by using the transmitted password, and then the member data and the transaction data are stored at a normal database. In the case that the transmitted e-mail exists at the escrow service site, the password of the e-mail in the escrow service site is compared with that of the e-mail in the affiliated site. If the passwords are identical, the escrow service site stores the transaction data at the normal database. Otherwise, the service site sends a new password for the member, and then the member can log-in the service site with the new password.
