SUBSTANCE: mouth apparatus includes pouring-in device with cone and cup; mouth with protection plates along its perimeter and screen in the form of truncated cone secured by its large base to upper row of protection plates and mounted with possibility of forming annular gap between small base and cup. Relation of cross section area of annular gap to difference of cross section areas of mouth and cone base is equal to (6-27)%. In variant of invention truncated cone is arranged with possibility of vertical motion and it rests upon upper row of protection plates of mouth.
