摘要 medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has capillary canal and device for controlling and/or analysis of liquid in the capillary canal. The needle is manufactured as twisted tube from stressed heterogeneous structure having at least two monocrystal layers. The layer being more close to twisted tube axis is manufactured from material having lesser lattice constant. Method for manufacturing integral version of the micro-needle involves forming multilayer structure on sublayer and manufacturing the micro-needle with capillary canal from it. To produce the micro-needle, the multilayer structure is formed from at least two monocrystal layers forming stressed heterogeneous structure and from sacrifice layer placed between the given heterogeneous structure and sublayer. Additional external layer is built from material soluble in etching reagent. Directed lateral etching is carried out by covering a part of stressed heterogeneous structure with plate wetted in buffer solution.
