PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel change information collecting/supplying system for supplying necessary personnel change information to a person desiring to acquire it at any time without exception. SOLUTION: A personnel change information collecting/supplying site is established on the Internet with a personnel change information collecting/ supplying device as a server. The site receives the supply of personnel information on the main individuals of respective companies from an information supplier, accumulates it and registers the objective individual (object acquiring personnel change information) with the input operation of the person desiring the acquirement of personnel change information. The presence or absence of personnel change is judged by comparing personnel information which is newly supplied with personnel information accumulated just before. When personnel change is performed, personnel change information is supplied to the person desiring acquirement if it is on the objective individual. Necessary personnel change information can be obtained without exception at any time even if the person desiring acquirement does not check a newspaper and the like everyday like a conventional case.
