<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sale managing device which can accurately grasp daily sale achievement rates even in an industry whose actual sale quantity is considerablly different by the days of the week. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with an actual result file 10 which contains sales performance before a sale plan. In a step S7, 'actual results by the days of the week (holiday) and oil kinds' of the last month are totalized by using the sales performance of the last year corresponding to a sale plan month stored in the actual result file 10, the total quantities of the last month by the days of the week are divided by the number of days of the week of the last year to find 'average results by the days of the week and the oil kinds' per day, and they are allocated to the respective average results by the oil kinds of the days of the week corresponding to the dates of this month of this year to complete a result table of the last year of the month that the plan date corresponds to. In a step S9, the quantities of the completed result table are multiplied by the total rate of the plan goal (sale schedule) and the results to calculate daily sale plan quantities of the plan month.</p> |
