<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency call system which easily and speedily copes with emergency. SOLUTION: This emergency call system has a user terminal 2 by which a user reports an emergency state, a private terminal 4 which receives respective pieces of information in case of emergency, a hospital terminal 3, and an emergency terminal 5. After the emergency button of the user terminal 2 is pressed, an alarm is given and the respective pieces of information are sent to the hospital terminal 3, private terminal 4, and emergency terminal 5 at the same time, so that an ambulance is sent out according to those pieces of information. After confirming the information, the emergency terminal 5 sends an information confirmation signal to reset the alarm of the user terminal 2. The hospital terminal 3 and private terminal 4 can make speedy responses on the basis of the information and exchange information directly with each other.</p> |
