PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium reproducing device for removing toner lying on a recording material by jetting washing liquid as a pulsating flow after applying cleaning liquid. SOLUTION: As for the recording medium reproducing device 1, after immersing the paper 4 in the cleaning liquid 16 in an immersion part 14, the washing liquid 30 is jetted as the pulsating flow on the surface of the paper 4 from a jet tube 31 so as to remove the toner lying on the paper 4.
