PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart the image of a private room to a common room in consideration of an entrance to the common room, and to easily remodel the common room into the two private rooms in future and remodel the common room at a low cost even in this case. SOLUTION: In the residence in which the common room 10 used as a double room is installed into a building, the two entrances 11 and 11 to the common room 10 are juxtaposed. Doors 12 and 12 are mounted on the two entrances 11 and 11 respectively, and each door 12 and 12 are arranged bilaterally to a border line 13 between the mutual doors.
