PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windbreak fence, by which the problem of the interruption of the field of view by a windbreak net can be solved without removing the windbreak net. SOLUTION: Horizontal support shafts 6 are installed on both sides of the windbreak net 3 constituted by mounting an expanded metal 4 inside a housing 5, the horizontal support shafts 6 are borne by bearings 7 secured to a support 1 and the windbreak net 3 can be rotated, using the horizontal support shafts 6 as fulcra, and the windbreak net is positioned in a horizontal posture in a season, when storm protection is not required, and the field of view is widened.
