PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of connection allowing a hole provided in the flange of a ceiling panel to always align with a hole in a connector extending from a side wall panel. SOLUTION: This structure of connecting a side wall panel and a ceiling panel comprises a connector having a cone-shaped installation part installed on a flange formed on the side wall panel with a flat countersunk head screw so as to abut thereon and a connection part with the ceiling panel projected over the side wall panel bent 90 deg. relative to the installation part and having an elongated hole provided in the connection part parallel with the top part of the side wall panel, the ceiling panel having an idle hole provided in the flange, and the screw inserted into the elongated hole and idle hole.
