PURPOSE: A method and system for supplying a career developing educating service are provided to enhance a learning efficiency of a learner by checking a career developing object of the learner, creating an education program adapted to the learner, and supplying the education program to the learner. CONSTITUTION: A career developing object setting screen displaying a plurality of occupation groups and a plurality of occupations is transmitted to a learner's computer being connected through a communication network. A career developing object of the learner is received from the learner's computer(S110). A basic job ability with respect to the career developing object of the learner is evaluated through the learner's computer(S120). A plurality of study courses necessary for achieving the career developing object based on the basic job ability is set, and the study courses are transmitted to the learner's computer(S130). A lecture taking message of the learner with respect to at least one study course is received out of the set study courses from the learner's computer(S140). An education program in accordance with the taken study course is transmitted to the learner's computer(S160).
