PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a questionnaire collecting method by which an answerer can easily answer by using a portable telephone terminal, high ratio of respondents is expected, and totalization, etc., is facilitated. SOLUTION: This questionnaire collecting method has a procedure S1 for broadcasting questionnaire information including address data on a questionnaire distribution destination where a questionnaire form is distributed with a broadcasting radio wave, a procedure S2 for receiving the broadcast radio wave by a portable telephone terminal, a procedure S4 for requesting questionnaire form data from the questionnaire distribution destination by the portable telephone terminal, a procedure S5 for sending the questionnaire form data to the portable telephone terminal at a request, a procedure S8 for inputting answer data to the questionnaire form and sending them to a questionnaire collecting system, a procedure S9 for storing the answer data in a database, and a procedure S10 for totalizing the answer data. |
