PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for certification which formally register personal relations and contribute to the improvement of the position of lovers between the persons concerned. SOLUTION: A registering user 1 accesses a center 3 which can be accessed by the registering user 1 and has a function of registering personal relations to register a personal relation and then the center 3 certifies the registration contents of the personal relation, so that the position of the personal relation is made clear. |
