PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic image forming device capable of disconnecting a side lobe of Bessel beam whose depth of focus is deep and spot diameter is small without an optical filter. SOLUTION: In the above mentioned electrophotographic image forming device, the light projected from an exposing means stands for the Bessel beam of the Bessel function type provided with the side lobe in addition to a main spot other than the main spot, and a photoreceptor stands for the digital photoreceptor, that is the induction photoreceptor provided with the highγvalue and an induction area being free from showing sensitivity in the area that the exposing quantity is little.
