PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for providing cooling to a heat exchanger or an insulating enclosure or the like useable for effectively providing cooling at a low temperature level at need. SOLUTION: Condensed multi-component cooling fluid passes through a valve 57 for its pressurization to produce cooling due to Joule-Tomson effect. A flow 58 reduced in pressure owing to passage through the valve passes through a heat exchanger 55 for heating and evaporation, and thereafter enters a compressor 51 to start a new cycle. Owing to indirect heat exchange due to the heating and evaporation of the flow 58 of the multi-component cooling fluid reduced in pressure in the heat exchanger 55 flow 54 of the cooled multi-component cooling fluids further cooled, and further an insulating enclosure atmosphere fluid is also cooled through the indirect heat exchange. |
