Disclosed is a medical device, that is, a snare with a collecting device which can simultaneously resect and collect a diseased portion under a good sight in an endoscopic polyp ablative operation resecting and removing in an endoscopic manner a diseased portion such as a polyp or the like generated within a tissue in a body cavity.
