PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently operate plural printers without requiring any special setting or change at a client terminal side when performing printing through a network. SOLUTION: Plural printers PRT-A (printer 201, PRT-B (printer 202), and PRT-C (printer 203) are integrated into one virtual printer V-Printer, and set as the shared resource of a network. Then, the function information (MIB) of each of the printers is obtained. When receiving print data, the print data are distributed to each printer according to the printing speed in the function information of each printer. |
