PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance service system which stops or reduce the inequality of CS service for customers of dealers selling devices such as PBX due to its unevenness resulting from capacity differences among the dealers. SOLUTION: A CRM system 12 provided as center facilities on the maker side of the device such as PBX and CRM systems 22A to 22C that the dealers A to C construct individually are made into network by the Internet 30, etc., and terminals 24A to 24C of the dealers A to C are connected to the Internet 30. Consequently, the maker and dealers work together to cooperatively provide more the same quality maintenance service for customers (end users of devices). The dealers A to C make contracts and use the service of the CRM system 12 of the maker that their systems do not have and pay for the user of the service. |
