PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for using rainwater for cleaning a waste material of a toilet without separately arranging a tank in a toilet room. SOLUTION: This rainwater toilet for using the rainwater for normal time and clean water for draining the waste material in emergency, is juxtaposed with a rainwater distributing pipe for making the rainwater flow in a low tank and a clean water drain pipe for making the clean water flow in as replenishing water at rainwater drying-up time, and a cleaning stool is formed as a structure for using the clean water by branch piping from clean water piping. A rainwater-clean water jointly using toilet for using the rain water for draining the waste material and the clean water as wash water of the cleaning stool is formed as a structure of juxtaposing a tank for storing the rainwater and a tank for storing the clean water in the low tank.
