PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a working tool from being damaged, deformed, etc., by reducing an impact acting on the working tool. SOLUTION: A working attachment for construction machinery is constituted as follows: an elastic member 45 is installed between an arm-sided bracket 12 mounted on the end side of the arm of a hydraulic excavator and a working tool-sided bracket 30 whereon a grapple 52 is mounted; and the bracket 30 is elastically supported through the elastic member 45. Consequently, even in the case where the fork 56 of the grapple 52 collides against the floor surface of a storage site for a discarded material and the like when the discarded material is held by means of, for example, the grapple 52, the elastic deformation of the elastic member 45 allows the impact to be reduced, and the end part of the fork 56 can be restrained from being damaged, deformed, etc., for the purpose of protecting the grapple 52.
