PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric accessory box for an air conditioner capable of corresponding to two kinds of large and small outdoor machines, preventing the occurrence of limitation on a transportation form (a delivery form), and besides enabling prevention of leakage of a sound and entrance of water, and further suppressing the manufacturing cost of the outdoor machine in which the electric accessory box is incorporated. SOLUTION: In an outdoor machine casing 4 formed that a machine room 6 in which a compressor is contained and a ventilation passage chamber 7 in which a fan is contained are partitioned from each other by a partition plate 5, the electric accessory box for the air conditioner is situated on the partition plate 5 astride a boundary between the machine room 6 and the ventilation passage 7. A moving piece 10 forming a part of the side wall 8 in a closed state and forming a part of the partition plate 5 in an opening state is situated on the side wall 8.
