PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiler facility capable of preventing the corrosion of boiler steam piping without the special treatment of boiler feed water or without the charging of condensed water processing agent. SOLUTION: A carbon dioxide removing means 2 is arranged on the downstream side of the steam outlet 3 of a boiler facility 1. A carbon dioxide removing means 2 is arranged between the steam outlet 3 and a steam header 30, or on the downstream side of the stream heater 30. The carbon dioxide removing means 2 is an adsorption tower 4 filed with the selectively adsorbing material of the carbon dioxide gas. A plurality of the carbon dioxide gas removing means 2 are arranged to be switchable. The carbon dioxide gas removing means 2 is the selective separation membrane module 40 of the carbon dioxide gas.
