SYSTEM FOR MANAGING BUSINESS TRIP AND METHOD FOR MANAGING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A system for managing a business trip and a method for managing the system are provided to enhance a business efficiency by performing an application of a business trip and a payment of a trip expense at an on-line and performing a management of the applied and paid contents effectively. CONSTITUTION: A managing server(11) selectively supplies a service related for performing an inquiry and an application of various kinds of items necessary for each business trip at an on-line. An information storing DB(12) is linked with the managing server(11) and stores information and selectively performs a supply of various kind of pre-stored information. A DB(12a) stores personal matter of each staff who works in the corresponding company. A DB(12b) stores information related to an appropriation of the corresponding post. A DB(12c) stores information for supplying a service related to a business trip. A DB(12d) stores information in accordance with various kinds of slips. At least one DB out of the above DBs(12a,12b,12c,12d) may be included. A mail server(13) is linked with the managing server(11) and transmits E-mail to each charged person if contents to be checked by each charged person are generated. The managing server(11) is linked with a network(20) of a financial institution.
