medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has ring having removable blades attached to the ring with ball-shaped thickenings symmetrically distributed. The ring has ellipsoid-shaped thickenings. It has oval profile smoothly growing into ellipsoid-shaped thickenings to adhere to patient body in atraumatic way. Every ellipsoid-shaped thickening has central locking socket of variable cross-section. The socket is open on its ends and from above. The ball-shaped thickenings are symmetrically distributed over the corresponding blade rod length member. Distance between the ball-shaped thickenings corresponds to ellipsoid-shaped thickening cross-section. EFFECT: controlled variable retraction degree; improved reliability properties. 2 dwg
