PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disconnection and scattering of an under surface covering plate even in a particularly strong typhoon and storm in an installing structure of the under surface covering plate of a house. SOLUTION: In this structure for resiliently locking and installing the plate for covering an under surface from below by an installing spring A, the installing spring A has a spiral spring part 1a in the center, stepped flat parts 3a and 3b are arranged in a part of spring bar parts 2a and 2b extending in a laterally almost V shape from the spiral spring part 1, the installing spring A is locked on an installing spring locking body C, and is fixed to the under surface covering plate D, the installing spring A is engaged with a locking object metal fitting B arranged on the fixing side, and an engaging part of the installing spring A of the installing spring locking body C and the under surface covering plate D is constituted to form a double U-shape in plan view. |
