PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a photoreceptor drum from being excessively heated in an image forming device forming a toner image on a photoreceptor drum, carrying out primary transfer of this to an intermediate transfer body, heat melting the toner image on the intermediate transfer body by a heater and carrying out secondary transfer of the heat melted toner image on transfer paper that is fed between a press roll and the intermediate transfer body. SOLUTION: In the device, the surface temperature of the intermediate transfer body 102 is detected by a temperature sensor 123 and when the surface temperature of the intermediate transfer body 102 is detected to be more than a specified temperature by the temperature sensor 123, an image forming action is interrupted. |
