PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fuse, operated regardless of the angle of impact, the velocity of impact of a shell and an antiship missile as well as the material or the like of an attacking object while igniting a bursting charge mounted on the shell and the antiship missile with a high reliability. SOLUTION: A velocity detecting unit 4 obtains a relative velocity V between the antiship missile and a ship employing the doppler system of a CW (non- modulated continuous wave) radar or the like, for example. A distance detecting unit 6 obtains a relative distance Ls between the antiship missile M and a ship employing the doppler system of the CW radar or the like to compare the same with the data of distance Lp and when both of the values coincide, the unit 6 outputs a start signal S to an arithmetic operating unit 5. A memory unit 7 stores detonating position data Ld1-Ldm (m is a natural number) in the attacking object or the ship and deceleration data Vc1-Vcn (n is a natural number) in the ship. The operating unit 5 obtains a delay time t based on the detonating position data Ld1, the deceleration data Vc1, a relative position data Ls and the relative velocity data V. A detonating circuit 9 ignites the bursting charge by a detonating signal inputted from the operating unit 5 after the delay time t.
