The operating unit 5 obtains a delay time t based on the detonating position data Ld1, the deceleration data Vc1, a relative position data Ls and the relative velocity data V. A detonating circuit 9 ignites the bursting charge by a detonating signal inputted from the operating unit 5 after the delay time t.
