PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust valve having large vacuum destruction capabil ity and achieving quick vacuum destruction. SOLUTION: A valve chamber 3 whose flow-in port 4 is opened in a lower part and whose flow-out port 5 is opened in an upper part is formed by a casing consisting of a main body 1 and a lid 2. A valve seat 6 is formed between the valve chamber 3 and the flow-out port 5. The main body 1 has a plurality of ribs 9 protruding on an inner side integrally on an inner wall of the valve chamber 3, and a float receiver 10 which has a bottom, a substantially cylindrical shape, and a through hole 13 having a large opening area in a bottom part is fixed to the inner side of the rib 9. A spherical float 12 is arranged in the float receiver 10 in a free condition. A check valve element 14 opening and closing the through hole 13 to allow a flow onto an outer side from an inner side of the float receiver 10 and prevent a flow in the reverse direction is fixed to the outer side of the float receiver 10. The check valve element 14 has a normally opened communicating hole 15 having a small opening area. Since external air flowing into the float receiver 10 can pass outside of the float receiver 10 through the through hole 13 having the large opening area, vacuum destruction capability is large and vacuum destruction can be achieved quickly.
