PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording and reproducing device, with which vocal recording can be easily started and which does not require leaving meaningless reservation commands. SOLUTION: A recording instruction signal is turned on by the depression of one arbitrary point of tablet by a marker (S41), the recording of voice data is started (S42); the recording instruction signal is turned off by the release of the marker (S43); the recording of voice data is completed (S44); and then the the coordinate data of depressed one point is related with the voice data. When information, such as an arbitrary character is inputted by the marker on the tablet, the coordinate data are related to the voice data, based on the input via the coordinate data of depressed one point (S45). Then, the voice data is reproduced, when information, such as characters are specified by the marker for reproduced. |
