PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linking device for door opening and closing means mountable to an existing door opening and closing means and capable of linking the door at a predetermined position without using a rope or a wooden block. SOLUTION: A bearing portion 2 is protruded at the upper portion of the base body 1 fixed to a side wall of a luggage compartment of an automobile, and the same type of a bearing portion is protruded at the lower portion of the base body 1. At the one end of a door fixing plate 4, an inserting portion 5 is formed through which a shaft member is inserted. A linking body 20 is exerted upward by a coil spring 40. When a control lever 30 is rotated downward around a pin 46 as a center, the linking body 20 is moved downward. A linking gutter 23 is linked to an end portion of the door fixing plate 4.
