PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the reinforcing structure and reinforcing method of a structure member, by which the fixing properties of a reinforcing member are improved by preventing the peeling of the reinforcing member while reducing the generation of noises, waste materials by minimizing the area of substrate treatment and enhancing anchorage properties of reinforcement members. SOLUTION: The reinforcing structure of the structure member is constituted by burying and installing fixing members 13, which are exposed onto the surface 10a of a concrete wall 10 and have shear strength higher than shear force working among the surface 10a and the reinforcing members 15 bonded with the surface 10a, while bonding the reinforcing members 15 with the exposed fixing members 13. The structure is executed in such a manner that the fixing members 13 are prepared while burying sections exposed to the surface 10a of the concrete wall 10 and used for burying the fixing members 13 are formed to the concrete wall 10, the burying sections are buried and the reinforcing members 15 are bonded with the fixing members 13 exposed onto the surface 10a of the concrete wall 10.
