PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply rainwater to a toilet on the first floor by storing a large amount of rainwater and utilizing the potential energy of the stored rainwater. SOLUTION: In the system for storing rainwater in a longitudinal tank that is under the eaves of a full story building outside a building and an underground tank being provided underground, rainwater in the longitudinal tank and that in the underground tank are utilized for the toilet on the first floor, and that on the second floor via a pump, respectively.
