PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetative base body capable of being used for a greening method and, at the same time, being naturally analyzed in an elapsed state. SOLUTION: A net woven from biodegradable fibers is joined to the vegetative base body bearing plant seeds and fertilizer by a sheet formed of the biodegradable fibers in a nonwoven fabric shape.
