PURPOSE: A plastic fuel filler part constructing and manufacturing method is provided to install promptly and conveniently with using polyamide, and to prevent environmental pollution by minimizing evaporating gas with sealing. CONSTITUTION: A plastic fuel filler neck is composed of a filler pipe(5) and a vent pipe(6). A parison is extruded with polyamide including elastomer, and the filler pipe is manufactured with blow-molding by injecting compressed liquid. A flexible corrugated part(7) of the filler pipe is formed integrally with the filler pipe to assemble with a fuel tank conveniently. The vent pipe is manufactured with extruding and blow-molding, and a corrugated part(8) is formed integrally in the vent pipe with flexible elastomer. The filler and vent pipes are integrally formed or assembled with over molding. An expansion tank(10) of the vent pipe prevents counter flow of fuel flowing through the filler pipe. A flap valve(12) is assembled with a retainer(11) between a cap holder(1) and a filler tube(2), and the filler tube is combined with the cap holder by vibration welding. A mounting bushing(15) is inserted to the filler tube, and fixed in the vehicle body by a bolt. Installation is performed promptly with manufacturing the filler and vent pipes by extruding and blow-molding. Environmental pollution is prevented with sealing against hydrocarbon.
