PURPOSE: A method for an electronic commercial transaction of agricultural product is provided to make agricultural products be delivered to distribution companies in the whole country from producers by receiving information corresponding to agricultural products from a marketing organization and supplying the information to a distribution company and transmitting information requested for a forwarding to a producer. CONSTITUTION: A processor for converting E-mail and a database are constructed in a server(S110). A forwarding scheduled agricultural products list of a producer is received from a forwarding group being connected with the server through a communication network, and the list is registered in the database(S120,S130). The agricultural product list stored in the database is displayed to a distribution company being connected with the server through a communication network(S140). The server receives a forwarding requesting document from the distribution company and registers the document in the database and transmits the document to a forwarding group(S150). The forwarding group forwards agricultural products corresponded to the forwarding requesting document through the producer and transmits forwarding details to the server(S160,S170). The server converts the forwarding details into an invoice and transmits the invoice to the distribution company(S180). The distribution company receives agricultural products corresponded to the invoice and transmits a statement of accounts to the server(S190,S220,S230). The server makes the distribution company pay a paying amount of money corresponded to the statement of accounts to the producer(S240).
