PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digitizing method for in-plane distribution capable of shortening the calculation time required for the digitization of in-plane distribution and using a data for digitization in common. SOLUTION: A measuring surface is divided into a plurality of regions r1a1-r2a8, the representative value of each region is calculated from a plurality of element values constituting this area and stored in a memory means, and the digitized in-plane distribution is calculated on the basis of the representative value. |
