PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling structure of a concrete structure building capable of transferring or adding luminaire and communication equipment with a high degree of freedom without exposing electric and communication wires while ensuring a height of a ceiling. SOLUTION: A pipe member 12 is embedded in a lower face of the direct ceiling 10 in such a way that it is flush with the lower face and is exposed. This pipe member 12 forms a wiring space 12b in which indoor electric and communication wires 18 are inserted. A pulling-out hole 12c for the electric and communication wires 18 can be formed in an outer peripheral part of the pipe member 12.
