PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comparatively quickly determine issue destinations so that the number of instructions to be simultaneously issued is increased when there are plural arithmetic units as destinations to which instructions are issued. SOLUTION: Plural issue control means 11 are allowed to operate in parallel with each other and an arithmetic unit to be a preferential issue destination is specified as an 'any' instruction issue destination. A comparing means 12 mutually compares the free quantity of instruction slots for plural arithmetic units, a learning means 13 learns a suitable preferential issue destination and a register means 14 stores the information on the suitable preferential issue destination. A selection means 15 selects one issue control means 11 on the basis of information obtained from respective means 12 to 14 and an issue means 16 issues an instruction to the specified issue destination. |
