PURPOSE: A commodity selling method is provided to enable a user to chat with a plurality of other users who want to buy the same commodity offered in a web site so that the user can exchange various informations on the same commodity with other users. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of constructing various databases, e.g. a user profile database, a finance database, or a commodity management database(S10), offering an approval program, a chatting program, a remote control program, and commodity guidance informations(S20), enabling an accessing user to subscribe for a service site and approving the user(S30), activating a chatting tool for the approved user and enabling a plurality of users to access the chatting tool(S40), enabling the user to remotely control an input device of other client system by operating a remote controller set in the chatting tool(S50), enabling the user to exchange the informations with other users and search for a commodity(S60), receiving an order request from the user, and checking a delivery data from the user(S70), and stopping the chatting tool(S80).
