PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation device capable of separating air included in a viscous fluidized food such as Mentaiko (seasoned cod roe), cod roe, ham and sausage and liquid included in a fluidized body such as sludge. SOLUTION: The separation part of which the cross section of a flow passage is made thinner is provided on a way part of the flow passage for an unskinned roe under pressure. The separation part having a coil spring 41 constituting a part of a flow passage for a viscous food; and a core which is disposed at an inner side of the coil spring 41 and of which a diameter at an upstream side is reduced is provided. Air included in the unskinned roe is removed from a gap between adjacent loops of the coil spring 41. |
