PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic which can dress hair in a natural hair gloss state to a gloss-removed state, namely a matted state, after applied to the hair, and can give a natural finish appearance. SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic is characterized by containing the polyoxyethylene adduct of an oily component, and polystyrene or a styrene copolymer.
