PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant for producing liquid manure containing a pyroligneous acid liquid which is capable of making mass production of the liquid manure containing the pyroligneous acid liquid by making it possible to automatically carry out metering work, mixing work, agitating work, or the like, according to preset programs. SOLUTION: This liquid manure producing plant is constituted by combining a distilled pyroligneous acid liquid producing device 1 for refining crude pyroligneous acid liquid, a liquid manure preparing device 2 for preparing the liquid manure by mixing and/or reacting the distilled pyroligneous acid liquid and necessary fertilizer components, and a liquid manure storing and packing device 3 for storing the prepared liquid manure containing the pyroligneous acid liquid and packing the liquid manure while metering the same at need. The pyroligneous acid liquid producing device consists of a filter 4, a tank 5 for the filtered pyroligneous acid liquid, a vacuum distillation device 6 and a tank 7 for the distilled pyroligneous acid liquid. The liquid manure preparing device consists of tank groups 12 for supplying raw materials containing a tank for the pyroligneous acid liquid and tanks for acetic acid, phosphoric acid, ammonia, caustic potash and potassium silicate, a mixing and reacting chamber 13 having a stop valve 15, a measuring instrument 16, a weigher 17, an agitating device and a control section 14. The liquid manure storing and packing device 3 consists of a liquid manure storage tank 22 and a packing and metering device 23.
