PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file capable of effectively preventing the damage, stain or the like capable of being generated in a cover body and capable of housing an object having no binding holes. SOLUTION: The file 10 is constituted of a binder main body 35 equipped with binding feet 34 and a base 33, the cover body 11 having the binder main body 35 mounted thereon and a cover 13 for covering the outer and inner surfaces of the cover body 11. The cover 13 is equipped with an outside sheet 42 and first and second inside sheets 43 and 44, and first and second pockets 45 and 46 are formed between an outside sheet 42 and the first inside sheet 43 and between the outside sheet 42 and a second inside sheet 44, and these pockets can house an object having no binding holes. The outside sheet 42 covers the base 33 arranged on the outer surface side of the cover body 11.
