PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for centrifugal molding by which a block body for an underground structure of a profile pipe being lightweight and with high strength can be easily molded and the block body for the underground structure manufactured thereby. SOLUTION: A method for molding the block body for the underground structure of a profile pipe in which a reinforcing frame 4 is integrated on the inner peripheral face by means of centrifugal molding is provided and the profile pipe-like reinforcing frame 4 as an inner frame is held by a fixing tool 5 arranged on the inner face of an outer frame 1 and concrete is filled in a space 2 formed between the reinforcing frame 4 and the outer frame 1 to perform the centrifugal molding and after curing, the outer frame 1 is demolded and the reinforcing frame 4 is integrated on the inner peripheral face of the block body 7 for the underground structure of a profile pipe.
